How to sell a toy idea to Cra-Z-Art

No stated policy

Cra-Z-Art does not say whether it reads outside ideas. Its terms give it a free, perpetual license to any idea sent to it. It bought Mattel’s arts and crafts business, which brought RoseArt back to its founding family.
